Ola Electric has officially announced that the EV maker will be present at the EICMA 2022. The company is expected to showcase its entire electric two-wheeler line-up and reveal some future plans as well.
Bengaluru-based home-grown electric two-wheeler maker, Ola Electric, has officially confirmed that the company will be present at the EICMA 2022. It will be one of the very few Indian OEMs that will attend the show. For people not in the know, the EICMA (International Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition) is one of the largest two-wheeler exhibitions in the world. The EICMA 2022 will be held from the 8th of November to the 13th of November, 2022, in Milan Italy. Ola Electric, which made its India debut with the S1 and the S1 Pro electric scooters in August last year, will be showcasing its electrified product line-up at the event. This piece of information was shared by Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of Ola Electric, via his Twitter handle.

Mr. Aggarwal tweeted on Friday (November 4), “Planning to take the best scooter in the world to Italy next week.” It is worth mentioning that the company’s current product portfolio includes the Ola S1, S1 Pro, and the recently launched Ola S1 Air. Apart from showcasing these electric scooters, the company is also expected to share its future plans, including the product roadmap and export ambitions.

Ola Electric, in its Diwali 2022, event revealed that the company will be launching an electric motorcycle in India next year. It is highly possible that the EV maker might reveal the teaser of its upcoming electric motorcycle during this event. Ola Electric is working on its first-ever electric car as well which will make its India debut in 2024. However, the EICMA is an event for two-wheelers and hence Ola won’t divulge more details about its electric car anytime soon.

Talking about Ola Electric’s current product line-up, it includes the Ola S1 Air, S1, and the S1 Pro electric scooters. They are currently priced at Rs 84,999, Rs 99,999, and Rs 1.39 lakh, ex-showroom New Delhi. These electric scooters are claimed to offer a range of 101 km, 141 km, and 181 km per charge respectively. Moreover, all of them get a 7.0-inch TFT screen with MoveOS 3 software and loads of features.
