In terms of seating configurations, the five-door versions of the Mahindra Thar and the Maruti Jimny gain bench seats for the second row, making them proper five-seater SUVs. The Mahindra Thar could even offer a third row of seats with a bench layout, as is the case for the Scorpio N.
