The new Mahindra Scorpio N is currently one of the most talked about and best-selling SUVs in the country and gives strong competition to the rivals

Mahindra launched the new Scorpio N in the country at a starting price of Rs 11.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) and has positioned it as a VFM and feature-rich offering in the market. The new Scorpio N is offered with a long list of features, a practical and comfortable cabin, and new engine options. For those wondering, the new Scorpio N is offered with two engine options – 2.2L diesel and 2.0L petrol. Having said this, five new variants of the new Mahindra Scorpio N were recently introduced in the country. Here are all the details you need to know.

New Mahindra Scorpio N Variants Launched In India

For starters, the new Mahindra Scorpio N is available in 5 trim levels – Z2, Z4, Z6, Z8 and Z8L. The Indian carmaker added around 5 new entry-level variants in the Z2 and the Z4 line-up. All these new features are offered with a longer features list and get features like electronic stability programme (ESP), hill hold assist, and hill descent control as an option. The new Mahindra Scorpio N is offered with two engine options – 2.2L turbo diesel and 2.0L turbo petrol. While the petrol engine churns out a peak power output of 200 bhp and 370 Nm (MT)/ 380 NM (AT) of maximum torque, the diesel on the other hand is available in two different power tunes. In the lower variant, this engine churns out a peak power and torque output of 130 bhp and 300 Nm respectively while in the higher variant, it delivers a maximum power output of 175bhp with 370Nm (MT)/ 400Nm (AT) of maximum torque output. Both these engines can be had with either a 6-speed manual or an automatic gearbox while the buyers can also opt for a 4X4 setup with select diesel variants.
